GEORGES KHOUZAMI

With a degree in Business Administration from the American University of Beirut and 6 years of experience in real estate development, Georges is the Operations and Commercial Manager at Al Thuriah, helping to lead the group into becoming one of the most renowned real estate and construction brands in the region thanks to excellent customer service and products. By doing so, he aims to make the experience of owning a home a pleasant and enjoyable process for all of Al Thuriah’s clients.

Marketing Manager

CARLO EID

With a Masters in Marketing and a BA in Management from the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik, Lebanon, Carlo is passionate about playing a role in establishing Al Thuriah as a successful brand across the region. Carlo has over 15 years of experience with 10 of them spent across Riyadh, Doha and Dubai. As Marketing Manager at Al Thuriah, his areas of expertise include advertising, brand building and strategic planning.

Hassan Hammoud

Finance Manager

Hassan Hammoud

With over 27 years of experience and a degree in Business Administration from the Beirut Arab University, Hassan is Al Thuriah’s Finance Manager. He aims to use his expertise in strategic financial planning, financial consulting, budgeting and forecasting to lead the transformation of the Al Thuriah building and contracting company from a family business into an international corporation.

Khaled Othman

Projects Director

Khaled Othman

As Projects Director at Al Thuriah, Khaled holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Jordan and has over 29 years of experience ranging from executing multi-storey buildings as a contractor to providing engineering consultancy as well as preparing tender and contact documents with technical specifications for a wide range of projects. Khaled aims to lead Al Thuriah and its engineering team into a most successful contracting company while delivering top quality products to all clients.

Wissam Kaddoura

Administrative and HR Manager

Wissam Kaddoura

Wissam has 22 years of experience and holds a mini MBA from Missouri State University, a BA in Business Management from Rutgers University. As Al Thuriah’s Administrative and HR Manager, Wissam supports the implementation of Al Thuriah’s business strategy by attracting, selecting, compensating, developing and retaining the best talent, branding the group as an employer of choice, in addition to following well-structured administrative services resulting in high levels of satisfaction for all of the group's stakeholders.
