Developer of Sharjah’s La Plage Tower and Sahara Towers, Al Thuriah Properties is the real estate arm of Al Thuriah Group, led by chief executive officer, Raymond Khouzami.
The company was previously restructured to form four subsidiaries including the property arm, Al Thuriah Construction, Al Thuriah Leasing, and Al Thuriah Services and Facilities Management.
Al Thuriah Properties’ other projects include Future Towers and Pearl Tower.
