About the Service

The main objective of the service is to facilitate and expedite the registration and approval of vendors and contractors to be integrated into our ERP system, allowing them to submit quotations, receive purchase orders, and process payments conveniently.

Registration Guidelines (for A New Supplier)

    Step 1: Registration  

  • Vendor will download and fill out the form to submit as an attachment.

    Step 2: Qualification  

  • Submit all mandatory documents (see required documents below).
  • Please upload a file in PNG, JPG, or PDF format only. Maximum file size allowed is 5MB.

    Step 3: Activation

  • Upon completion of the registration, our team will review all information and documents submitted. We will contact you once your request has been accepted.

Note: Al Thuriah reserves the right to accept or decline any registration at its discretion, without incurring liability.

Required Documents

  • Full Company Profile Document
  • Valid Company Trade License
  • Valid Certificate of Chamber of Commerce and Industry
  • Power of Attorney (POA) or equivalent document that states that they are the authorized signatories of the company (if applicable)
  • VAT Certificate from The Federal Tax Authority
  • Passport copy of the company owner/s identified in the trade license
