تأسست في أبريل 1996، بدأت الثريـــا كمشروع حلم بين صديقين: الشيخ ماجد بن حمد القاسمي والمهندس ريمون خزامي. وعلى مرّ السنوات، تطوّرنا من شركة مقاولات إلى عائلة عقارية متكاملة ومتنامية في الشارقة، نقوم بتطوير وبناء أرقى المساحات السكنية والتجارية عالية الجودة، بدءاً من الفلل وصولاً إلى الأبراج الشاهقة.
اليوم، تُعد الثريـــا مجموعة عقارية متكاملة بالكامل تقدّم حلولاً شاملة من خلال أقسام متخصصة: العقارات، الإنشاءات، وإدارة المرافق. كما يتم دعم قدراتنا من خلال شركاتنا التابعة، آرتش هوم للتصميم الداخلي وستيرلينغ للأعمال الصحية والكهروميكانيكية، مما يتيح لنا إدارة جميع مراحل التطوير بدقة وجودة واهتمام.
بدأت شركة الثريـــا لبناء وتشييد المباني عام 1996 كشركة مقاولات متواضعة. وفي سنواتها الأولى، ركّزت الشركة على التطويرات الصغيرة والمباني منخفضة الارتفاع في دبي والشارقة. ومن هذه البدايات المتواضعة، وضعت الثريا الأساس لنموٍّ مستمر، محققةً محطات بارزة مهدت الطريق لتوسعها في المشاريع الكبيرة والأبراج الشاهقة.
من أجل خدمة سوق دبي المتنامي بشكل أفضل، وتوحيد جميع مشاريع الإنشاءات في هذه الإمارة ضمن قسم متخصص واحد، تم تأسيس شركة الراية للإنشاءات في عام 2003. وقد أتاح هذا التوجه الاستراتيجي إدارةً مركزة للمشاريع وخبرةً محلية في أحد أكثر أسواق الإنشاءات ديناميكية في المنطقة.
تُدرج جميع المشاريع في هذه الإمارة، بما في ذلك مشروع Lycée Libanais Francophone Privé الأصلي وجميع التطويرات اللاحقة، ضمن محفظة شركة الراية للإنشاءات. ومنذ ذلك الحين، أصبحت هذه الشركة الركيزة الأساسية لعملياتنا في دبي، حيث تتولى إدارة كل شيء من التطويرات السكنية إلى المعالم التجارية بدقة وخبرة.
في عام 2004، تم تأسيس شركة الثريـــا للعقارات، مما عزّز مكانتنا كمطور عقاري رائد. وتشمل محفظتنا مجموعة متنوعة من التطويرات السكنية والمكتبية والصناعية.
أول مشروع سكني لنا، برج صحارى 1، أصبح جزءاً من مجمّع صحارى الشهير في النهدة، الشارقة، والذي توسّع لاحقًا ليشمل ستة أبراج. شكّل هذا الإنجاز بداية التزامنا بإنشاء مشاريع معالم بارزة، وهو رؤية استمرّت مع إطلاق أبراج المستقبل المميزة في الخان، الشارقة.
مع تزايد سمعة الثريـــا، أطلقنا قسم إدارة المرافق في عام 2009، مقدّمين خدمات عالمية المستوى في دبي والشارقة والفجيرة وخارجها. وبُني هذا القسم على أساس من التميّز التقني ورضا العملاء، وقد مثّل خطوة مهمة في توسيع خبراتنا لتتجاوز مجال الإنشاءات إلى حلول شاملة للعقارات والمرافق.
في عام 2014، وسّعت شركة الثريـــا للعقارات خدماتها بإطلاق قسم التأجير، المصمَّم لتقديم حلول عقارية شاملة. تضمن هذه المبادرة تمكين مالكي العقارات من تعظيم الاستفادة من أصولهم، بينما يستفيد المستأجرون من خدمات احترافية عالية الجودة.
في عام 2022، أطلقنا آرتش هوم للتصميم الداخلي، وهي شركتنا الشقيقة، لاستكمال نموذج الخدمات المتكامل للثريا، حيث نقدم حلول تصميم داخلي مخصصة، ونعزز قدرتنا على تقديم خدمات شاملة من البداية إلى النهاية لعملائنا.
